From the first time that Lisa and Alden came into our home to talk about a mold issue from leaking plumbing, they were very clear about what they would do to solve the problem. We had to leave town for a family funeral and we had total trust in them to solve our problem while we were gone. When we returned everything was done as promised and everything was clean. We will only recommend Bio-One in the future. Very professional and caring. Thanks to them they solved a big problem for us.

If you are ever in the need for biohazard removal, Bio-One of Asheboro are the people to call. We had a freezer go out and we didn't realize it because it was upstairs (never make that mistake!) and we had not been up there in several weeks. Needless to say we could not even think about how to handle it. I called Bio-One Asheboro and they were there within an hour and had everything cleaned up and removed (freezer and all) within an hour and a half. They checked under the quarter round where it had leaked and they cleaned everything!. They were super professional, nice and understanding of our issue. We couldn't have asked for better service.
